Pötzleinsdorf, 1180 Vienna — green, quiet, and a beloved neighbourhood for generations. The palace park and Vienna Woods right at your doorstep. The vineyards that give the house its name within sight. Neustift — one of Vienna’s most beautiful wine tavern districts — reachable on foot. Just around the corner: a bakery with its own ovens, an Italian delicatessen, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. And those who rise early on Saturdays will find one of the city’s finest farmers’ markets at the Kutschkermarkt. Anyone who wishes can be in the city centre in twenty minutes on tram line 41. Most people find after a few days: the best things are right next door anyway.

Super schöne Unterkunft und perfekt für unseren 4-tägigen Aufenthalt in Wien und kleine super gemütliche Residenz in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Das Winzer war super und sehr reaktionsschnell, nichts zu sagen, ich empfehle und werde hierher zurückkehren, wenn ich jemals nach Wien zurückkomme.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, alles ist nagelneu und wie vorgegeben. Die Lage ist optimal zum entspannen und einen freien Kopf zu bekommen, man kann sehr gut spazieren gehen, Einkaufsläden und ein Bäcker ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ich werde diese Wohnung wieder buchen wenn ich mich in wien befinden sollte.
Diese Wohnungen bei im lieben Winzer sind definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at this studio in Vienna. The apartment was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent – well connected to public transport and close to shops, cafés, and main attractions.
The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful, making check-in and communication easy. The studio felt safe and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna. We would gladly stay again!
